We offer reasonable pricing for legal representation. Depending on the nature of the matter, we can offer an hourly-rate, a flat-fee, or a contingency-fee arrangement. The general billing rates are as follows: Mr. Gitlen’s hourly rate is $850 per hour. Associates are billed at $300 per hour. Paralegals and legal secretaries are billed at $150 per hour. All representation agreements will include a detailed breakdown of fees and costs.

Gitlen Law PLLC also provides pro-bono and low-bono representation under certain circumstances.
